Brief Answer:
Need management

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. First of all i want you to know that tecta is just a proton pump inhibitor and it has nothing to interact with carbamazepine. So keep taking them both. No worries.

As far as the stomach cramps and discomfort are concerned they look like a gastritis / acid reflux symptoms and need diet and lifestyle modification as well as consult to a gastroenterologist to see what is the etiology behind it. These discomforts are also due to carbamazepine you take for seizures as the drug is notorious for these symptoms.

Get assessed and let them run some work up and labs and connect the dots. I am sure we all will have our answers soon.

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
