Brief Answer:
Can't tell with the provided information

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

pain is one of the symptoms of thrombosis but I can't tell whether it's a blood clot in your case or not. Common signs of deep vein thrombosis are pain, swelling, warmth and sometimes even redness. The superficial veins may be distended near the area of the thrombosis. Sometimes the thrombosis may be almost silent.
Superficial vein thrombosis may have a more dramatic picture with more pain, warmth, redness, etc. The vein becomes harder than normal and the painful area can be palpated as abnormally hard.

Other potential causes may include muscular or neural problems like a sprain or lumbar disc herniation.

A careful clinical examination by your doctor should be very helpful to decide which is more possible. If you'd like to exclude thrombosis then an ultrasound scan of the area would identify the thrombosis.

I hope I've helped!
