Brief Answer:
Pain in the testis need not be due to trauma

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Pain in the left half of the scrotum can be due to infection of the testis and epididymis called Epididymo orchitis ,Torsion of the testis, dilatation of the veins called Varicocele etc.
These conditions are differentiated by Colour doppler of the scrotum only.
Nature of the semen is known by Semen analysis only.
Please consult your Surgeon and get examined clinically. Get Colour doppler of the scrotum.
I prescribe anti inflammatory tablet to my patients with similar complaints.
Hope I answered your query.
If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
Regards
