Question: I have had blood clots in my arms a couple years ago. This evening I have noticed that my inner knee has on and off pain and if I press on it it's pretty sore. I do have ET as well. Should I be concerned?

Brief Answer:
May not be related to clotting

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I went through the query and understood your concern.

Be relaxed.
The pain at the knee joint which is tender to touch without any other complaints may not be related to clotting of blood. The most common cause is musculoskeletal which will relieve with NSAID like aceclofenac with serratiopeptidase and also topical analgesic cream. Continue aspirin as advised by your doctor.

You need to concern if any swelling in lower limbs, any change in color or severe pain in the muscle. Since you have no complaints be relaxed and follow the above instructions.

I hope this information helps you and answered your concern.
Feel free to ask for any further queries. I will be glad to answer them.
Wish you good health.
Regards
