Brief Answer:
Looks like muscular pain

Detailed Answer:
Hi , I'm Dr Suresh K Yadav MD , Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns,

It looks like injured muscle causing sharp pain .

Is there is any history of sudden jerk or muscle injury like lifting of any object or reaching out for any object placed slightly higher or far reaching distance in house before these symptoms started ?

Does it occur when you stretch downwards ( forward bending ) and reverse (backward bending ) ?

Is there is any history of fever and cough presently or before it started although is is unlikely be due to respiratory infection as there is no association with deep respiration.

So it looks like stretched muscle injury causing pain with sudden forceful activity like sneezing .

I advise you to do slow stretching of back muscles like forward bending, backward bending and sideways bending , but very slowly without pain or discomfort with analgesics like diclofenac with serratiopeptidase ( after discussing with your physician ) to get out muscles of spasm .

If pain is not relieved or increases you need a physical examination by health care provider to pinpoint cause of discomfort.

Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions

Wishing you speedy recovery.
