Brief Answer:
May be having disc prolapse.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query.

I'm Dr. Sudhir Kumar,

After going through your query I concluded that you may be having lumbar disc prolapse as you are having severe pain in whole of lower leg, hurts to sit, stand and walk. I think you traveled by car for 10hours may have caused it due to some jerks. It can be confirmed by clinical examination and MRI of lumbar spine.
Its primary treatment is:-
1.Rest in position of relief(generally lateral position with both hip and knee bend)
2.Neurotopics such as mecobalamine
3. Analgesics (Diclofenac/ibuprofen three times a day after meals is effective). Sometimes strong analgesic(such as tramadol three times a day after meals) is required. Omeperazole before meals prevent acidity caused by analgesics .You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it.

Second possibility is simple muscular pain. Its treatment is similar but somewhat milder and it responds early.Treatment of it is rest and analgesic such as ibuprofen. Muscle relaxants such as thiocholchoside is helpful. You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it.

Hope I have answered your query.
If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.

Wishing you good health.
Take care.
