Brief Answer:
Get investigations done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have read your query.

Your symptoms can be due to many reasons so to make exact diagnosis get your serum uric acid, E.S.R, C.R.P, xray of cervical spine in AP and Lateral view, nerve condition study of both upper limbs done and then send me the report.

Till then you can take aceclofenac + thiocolchicoside combination three times a day tab gabapentine at night by prescription of your family doctor.

Take balanced diet including seasonal fruits and vegetables.

Apply hot packs for 30 mins in morning and evening.

I hope you have got your answer.

Thanks.

Dr.Singh.
