Brief Answer:
Hemorrhoids are a very common medical condition.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Your symptoms may indicate hemorrhoids problem. Pain and bleeding during bowel movements, itching, feeling a lump and wetness around anus are the typical symptoms of hemorrhoids.

Bleeding occurs because stool can damage hemorrhoid's surface which is very delicate.

If you have mild discomfort you can try over the counter cream which relieve pain and itching. It is also important to keep your stool soft. Try to drink more water and add more fiber to your diet ( fresh fruits and vegetables like: beans and broccoli). But if your symptoms are getting worse your doctor should examine your anus and he or she will decide about the invasive treatment.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
