Brief Answer:
Could be muscle strain/spasm.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

Without being able to examine you it is hard to know specifically, but the most common reasons are musculoskeletal causes or problems with internal organs (depending on the location and nature of the abdominal pain).

Musculoskeletal causes can be from muscle strain or spasm.

One of the more concerning problems that can cause abdominal pain when walking is appendicitis. Usually with appendicitis though, there is pain even when walking (but it is worse with walking). And usually a feeling of being ill with nausea and fever.

If you are having severe pain, and it is not going away, I recommend you go in to be evaluated, particularly for internal causes of the pain.

I hope this information helps and that your are feeling better soon.
