Brief Answer:
The pain is indicative for heart problems...

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

The pain you are experiencing has some characteristics which are typical for heart problems (especially location and area of spreed).

If you were my patient I would recommend to do the following examinations:
- ECG
- Cardiac Echo
- Stress test
- Chest X ray
- Abdominal ultrasound
This will exclude cardiac problems and find out the exact cause of your pain.

Wish you health!
