Brief Answer:
IBS...

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thank you for posting!

I read your query very carefully and I understand your concerns.

There are some different diseases that cause those symptoms. But the greatest probability is that you suffer from IBS(Irritable bowel syndrome).

You should immediately get the following tests in order to determine the diagnosis. A fibrogastroendoscopy and an abdominal ultrasound are necessary for the confirmation of the diagnosis. A liver function test is also necessary.
You also need an electrocardiogram, to rule out heart attack.

You should immediately go to Emergency Room for an electrocardiogram. If this test is negative then you should consult your gastroenterologist for the treatment.

Ask me for anything unclear.

All the best.
Dr. Behar.

Brief Answer:
Irritable bowel syndrome...

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for writing back.

Considering that you don't have any cardiac problems and that you suffer from Generalized anxiety disorder, we can be sure that you suffer from IBS, because irritable bowel syndrome affects people that suffer from anxiety disorders.

You should follow these guidelines in order to relieve your symptoms.
1. Eliminate spicy foods and acidic foods.
2. Reduce the amount of carbohydrates from your diet.
3. Do not drink alcoholic and carbonated drinks, coffee and milk.
4. Quit smoking(if you do smoke).

You should consult your gastroenterologist for the treatment.

If you don't need any further clarifications, you can close the discussion and rate the answer.

Regards.
Dr. Behar.
