Brief Answer:
Possible atrophic vaginitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for your question. If you have been checked and do not have a urinary tract infection or sexually transmitted infection then it is possible that your symptoms are from atrophic vaginitis. This is a drying of the vaginal area that occurs after menopause. It can cause pain with intercourse and pain with urination by irritation the opening of the urethra from the bladder. This is usually treated with vaginal estrogen and it is quite successful in alleviating the problem. Good luck to you in solving this problem.
