Question: Hi doctors, one day when i was doing dips excerises two years back, i got pain between shoulder blade and ribs, after that i just stop excersices because of pain, i still have that pain(for 2 years), whenever i do some work with that hand i felt pain, addition to that neck pain started near to that shoulder, now i got muscle cramps, i know i am not taking good diet because of work, i dont know which foods is good for this, and i dont know which vitamin or mineral deficiency for this, is there any suplements are there?
please help me. Thanks
