Brief Answer:
Migraine

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Pain that starts behind the eyes and then spreads the forehead is very typical of migraine. I prescribe my patients tab naproxen 250 one after food, just when the feeling of migraine is setting in. If you have more than 2 episodes a week you will need to be on prophylactic medicines like metoloprolol.

Pain in the neck does not sound like part of the migraine, it is most likely to be sprain in the neck due to improper posture while sleeping or at work however to rule out any cervical spine issue it is adviseable to get a x ray of c spine done.

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me

I wish you good health

Regards
