What Causes Pain At The Tip Of The Penis While Urinating?
Question: Why do i get random sharp, quick pinches on the tip of my penis sometimes before or after i urinate?

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts and history of previous surgery for PUJ obstruction when you could have been catheterized to drain out your bladder after surgery I think you might have developed stricture (Narrowing) of terminal part of urethra giving rise to these symptoms .

2) Was endoscopic examination of the urethral passage (Cystoscopy ) done any time in past to establish the diagnosis .?

2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
