Brief Answer:
Obstruction

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

The symptoms you say are close to something that is obstructing the bladder neck. It could be stone or the prostrate gland enlargement which is near the bladder neck. At this age I suspect the gland enlargement. Since you have pain on the right side it could be stone on the right side of the end of ureter.
You may immediately need Ultrasound scan of kidney bladder to look for stone and also helps measure the size of the prostrate.
Do not delay, please see the Urologist who can subject you to necessary investigation. You can also visit the emergency who can empty the bladder in case of overdistention of bladder.
Note: Consult a Urologist online for consultation about prostate and bladder problems, sexual dysfunction, kidney stones, prostate enlargement, urinary incontinence, impotence and erectile dysfunction - Click here.
