Dear Friend.

Welcome to Healthcaremagic.

Hi, I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.

It seems you are having pain and discomfort in area where the right kidney lie.
Usually such kind off pain after travelling is muscular, specially when you feel that ribs are poking into it.

Give me following details:
1. Are you just feeling the swelling over there or there is pain associated?
2. If you have pain then is it intermittent or continuous?
3. Any radiation of pain?
4. Any loose stools?
5. The pain is positional? Or it is continuous?

This is my personal opinion based on details available here. If you still have any other query, you may please ask me and answer these questions preferably in point wise manner.

No swelling that I can see on the skin.
Pain is intermittent, when I twist, go from sitting to standing or move wrong. When Im still..... no pain.
Pain is over right kidney area and above towards my ribs.
no loose stools, Bowels are moving sluggish.
I don't know what positional pain is.

Brief Answer:
Detail Follows.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend,
This seems to be muscular pain.
I would suggest you following:
1. Hot fomentation.
2. Local Pain killer like Volini gel.
3. If pain is severe you may take Tramadol tablet.

If the pain persists, you should see a doctor and get an ultrasound done.

Antibiotic you have taken will not help you, as this is non infective.

If you have any further query please ask me, else close the discussion and rate it.
Stay Healthy.
