Brief Answer:
Furuncle, Oral and topical antibiotic for a week

Detailed Answer:
Hello. thank you for writing to us.

I am Dr. Kakkar (Dermatologist). I have gone through your query and I have noted your concern.

I have viewed the image. Yes, its a furuncle with surrounding cellulitis.

I would suggest an oral antibiotic e.g Amoxicillin and Clavulanate (500mg + 125mg) ( Tab. Moxclav 625mg), thrice daily for a week.

In addition I suggest a painkiller/ antiinflammatory e.g Zinase DP tab, twice a day.

Topically you may use an antibacterial cream e.g either 2% mupiricin(T Bact cream) or 2% fusidic acid(Fucidin cream), twice daily.

These are prescription medications and I suggest that you talk to your doctor for the needful..

Regards
