Question: Pain Just Under Rib Cage, Usually When Sitting, goes away when standing, or lying down. Sometimes Itchie Feeling (same area). Sometimes Just Feels Really Warm. I've Gone From 224 Pounds to 208 Pounds (Diet Only).

I read your question and i understand your concern. Pain right hypochondrium with history of overweight is likely suggestive of gastric or biliary in origin. Get a routine work up, abdominal ultrasound and pancreas work up.

Take some pepto and avoid ibuprofen as that is NSAID and may rather worsen it. Antacids, diet and lifestyle modifications and losing weight will help.
