Brief Answer:
Supportive care, needs work up and management

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Fluttering sensation in chest mostly lying down in bed with out any pain is likely a gastric discomfort and acid reflux. However other possibilities need to be ruled out by some baseline work up like ECG. Small frequent meals, reducing meal size, avoiding triggers like alcohol, soda, beverages, sweets, processed canned foods etc will help. Delay lying down after meals for two hours . Keep head side of the bed elevated for 8 inches minimum and walk for 45 minutes a day at least and see if it helps.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dotn forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
