Question: I have some pain and discomfort on my right side under my chest its sensitive I have eaten a couple ofdays ago stuffed artichoke and pasta with pesto sause can u give me an idea what this could be,

Brief Answer: ..... Detailed Answer: Hi there.. Thanks for writing in... The possibilities are : Cardiac pathology Acidity/Gastritis Musculoskeletal pain. However, I would advise you to visit a doctor and get an ECG and ECHO done to rule out cardiac cause. If ECG and ECHO are normal, symptoms might be attributed to acidity, in which case symptoms should subside with antacids like pantoprazole. Drink warm water at regular intervals.
