Brief Answer:
Following causes to heardache with burning sensation...

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

I am sorry for the headache you are having.

Before giving a final conclusion, I need to have a few more information regarding your health like:
- if you are also having flu-like symptoms: sneezing, running nose, etc.
- have a personal history of high blood pressure? diabetes?
- what meds you are using on regular basis?

From your description, and if you do not have a personal history of high blood pressure, the headache with burning sensation you are having could be due to:
- trigeminal nerve pain
- ear infection

Ibuprofen I think might not help much if trigeminal nerve pain is confirmed. Other drugs might be necessary like pregabalin.

Looking forward to have the requested information in.
