What Causes Pain All Over My Muscles And Joints Along With Occasional Chills?

default
Posted on Tue, 22 Sep 2020
Question: I have pain all over mainly in my muscles and joints, I don't feel good, I do not have the flu, I do have some chills occasionally. I do not have arthritis, they just did a blood test and came back normal. My doctor does not have any ideas. I have had an infection ( not mersa) in my back when I had back surgery, had a pick line for 6 weeks then Keflex, they went back in 9 months later to redo the back surgery and found that there was still infection in my back, then 6 more weeks of iv antibodics then 6 more months of Keflex and rifampten ( not sure how to spell) I finished up 1 1/2 yrs ago. Is there a chance the infection is back. Also went through chemo for hairy cell Leukemia 4 yrs ago for the 2nd time. I have not suggested this to my doctor, just thought about it this weekend.
Thoughts,
Thanks XXXXXXX XXXXXXX

Detail below.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
I have gone through your query and health concern in detail, pain in muscle and joints may be due to calcium deficiency ,it may be due to age or secondary to leukemia.
You can take calcium and Vit d3 supplement and aceclofenac sustain release for three months you will get relief.
Chances of relapse of infection are always there ,for that you have to consult doctor for physical examination and investigation.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
