Dear Slick1lisa,

Thank you for your query.

1. Orange discharge from the ear in the absence of any symptoms such as fever, pain, itching and cold may be due to earwax (cerumen).

2. You may wait till your morning appointment. If his ear discharge is not cloudy or like pus, there is no cause to worry.

3. Since he has been diagnosed as a case of Noonan's Syndrome, an ear examination can detect if the orange color is due to blood stain, maybe following an injury or infection or a ruptured ear drum. Noonan's Syndrome also leads to blood clotting disorders.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any follow up queries I will be available to answer them.

Regards.
