Brief Answer:
Might be due to infection or stone in Urinary tract.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Mild pain during ejaculation can be experienced sometimes. But if it happens frequently and is regular then it could be an infection or a stone in your urinary tract which causes pain during the ejaculatory contractions.

I suggest you see your GP or a Urologist who can examine you and probably get an Ultrasound scan of your kidneys and urinary tract. Also you might require an Urine and Semen culture which would be able to rule out any possible infection.

Do let me know or send the reports, so further advice can be given. You can clarify any other queries you might have pertaining to this problem. I will be happy to try and resolve them.

Take care.

Could your prognosis explain a type of tingling pain that extends from the right side of my pelvis right u to my rib cage?

Brief Answer:
Possibly because of contractions.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

The tingling pain or sensation can happen during contraction of muscles leading to ejaculation and the muscles in the pelvic floor. Other reasons could be urinary stones or prostatic or seminal vesicle infection. The pain travels up due to nerve supply of the affected areas and also can be due to contractions before a stone that obstructs the urinary passage.
But can only be sure once an Ultrasound is done.

That is why I suggest that you should have an Urology opinion.

Do not worry, it should not be anything that is not treatable.
Take care.
