It started in my sleep 5 months ago I would wake up both arms very sore with pins and needles so sore I couldn't sleep and nothing seemed to make it go away. Brief Answer:
Your problem can be taken care of by medications.

Detailed Answer:
Hi!

I am Dr. Neel Kudchadkar and I will help you now, with this health issue. I have studied your query carefully, and being your treating doctor, will take care of all your medical problems.

I would request you to kindly mention these specific things,
1. Your gender.
2. Present age.
3. Whether you have been to a doctor, and the opinion at that time.
4. If you have tried any medications for this problem.

There are some cures, that we can still explore, though.

First, remember that "carpal tunnel syndrome", just as your friend had, requires operations in only 10% of cases.

Furthermore, all persons are unique and different. Your problem, would hardly require surgery.

To be on the safe side, I would request you to visit a doctor, and get physically
examined and assessed. This is possible in a face to face meeting, as your hand has to be physically examined.

Most probably you would be given some effective medications such as Pregbalin, and Gabapentin. Typically, these will help.

I am of the opinion that you can feel OK as regards this fact that your problems can be taken care of effectively and rapidly by correct usage of medicines.

I would ask you to keep your hopes high.

Please write back to me with some more details.
It's a pleasure helping you out.
Regards,

Brief Answer:
Try Alpha Stim: TENS therapy. It works.

Detailed Answer:
Hi There!

Thanks for mentioning the details that I had requested.
The information you have given me was very interesting.

You mentioned that your work was stressful to your hands.
You said that you had tried different therapies and cures, such as massage, PT.
You also told me that you were taking medicines for this.

Have you heard of T.E.N.S?

T Trans,
E Electrical
N nerve
S stimulation

This is a popular electronic device and gadget, the size of a small cell phone.
You must recharge it with an adapter from time to time.

All you have to do is to touch it in proximity to your pain.

It sends a specially modulated square wave current. (Which you can't feel)
to your nerves. This makes them release chemicals called as endorphins in them causing your pain to stop in it's tracks. There are no side effects as it is not a chemical drug.

In the USA, the "ALPHA STIM" product is very popular.

Today there are many other health companies providing people with a range of TENS devices.

This is a time tested, proven treatment, that has worked for many people just like you.

I feel that you might agree with me that this medical "stun gun" is definitely
better than spending time, money and energy taking medications, going to a therapist, and such approaches.

Please take care of yourself, and get yourself a TENS device.

However, if you still feel that you might, for some reason, NOT want to help yourself with TENS devices, then kindly write back to me, I will help you out again with another medical technology called as RTMS, which is also very successful, but might cost more.

I'm waiting to hear you out on this.

Best wishes and have a wonderful day.
