Brief Answer:
A step by step approach needs to be taken to evaluate the cause

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. You need to get yourself clinically examined. There are a number of possibilities. It is possible that you are getting vasovagal attacks. Such a thing occurs when the blood flow to the brain suddenly drops. It could also be due to postural hypotension or certain arrythmias where the heart beats irregularly and the pumping is not adequate.

I would insist you not to ignore it. A cardiological evaluation including a 24 hours Holter ECG monitoring is advisable.

Please feel free to write back.

Brief Answer:
Not these tests but a 24 hours ecg monitoring is needed.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back. Even if the echocardiography, ECG and exercise tolerance test yields normal results that does not mean the results of 24 hours Holter ECG monitoring would indicate the same. I would not insist you to repeat these tests but would insist you to undergo a 24 hours Holter ECG monitoring. This needs to be done in a time period when you could be getting such attacks.
