Numbness in finger tips

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your question on HCM

I do understand your concern

“As” per your history is concerned you have numbness in left pinkie finger and it is due to Polyneuropathy so check if you have diabetic or not and rectify vitamin B complex by injectable or oral medications. Do take a balanced diet containing wheat, brown rice, raw and sprouted seeds, milk, yogurt, and home-made cottage cheese etc and you can take juices composed of citrus fruits, apples, and pineapples etc.

You can apply a warm compress on your finger. It will avail increase blood supply to the numb area. Moreover, it will relax the muscles and nerves in the area or you may massage it.

Hope that helps
