Brief Answer:
You seem to have inflamed nerves due to uncontrolled diabetes.

Detailed Answer:
Hi & Welcome.
I appreciate your concern for the numbness in the lower legs.

After having gone through the symptoms described in your query and the uploaded reports of blood glucose, HbA1c, Lipid profile, & the nerve conduction study, I am of the opinion that you seem to have inflamed nerves of the legs due to uncontrolled blood glucose.

HbA1c is slightly high which reflects the blood glucose of the past 3 months.

The prescribed medications Kombiglyze XR is effective in controlling the blood glucose. Aldonil is prescribed to prevent the harmful effects of diabetes on the kidneys and Cap Matilda Forte is effective in the treatment of numbness of the lower legs which is due to neuropathy (inflamed nerves).

The prescribed medications are safe and you may continue to use it as per the advice of your treating physician.

Besides, there is an increased number of Lymphocytes which is suggestive of some sort of infection which needs to be ruled out.

Hope I could answer your query.

Should you need more clarification, please feel free to send the follow up query.
Best regards
