Brief Answer:
Please report to an ER at the earliest ma'am

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. There have been very few cases of numbness of the tip of tongue and one side of the lower lip, and in most cases the cause has been related to any of the following:

+Bleed in the brain (haemorrhage)
+Stroke
+Consequences of fluctuating blood pressure.

I would thus request you to kindly report to an ER at your earliest to get a CT scan conducted of your brain, and also prevent any serious consequences that can be caused by any of the above conditions.

I do not wish to alarm you, but any of the above listed possibilities if found early really help with treatment, and I only have your best interest at heart. Please also feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
