Brief Answer:
supportive care

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

i read your question and i understand your concern. Numbness in feet with painful bruise is likely a musculoskeletal issue. History of trauma or strain needs to be ruled out. I would suggest some painkillers and rest and see if it helps. If the bruise size increases or there is apparent color change over the area, immediately go to doctor. They will evaluate and if needed run some labs so sort out the cause behind it. Other possibilities like pinched nerve and neuropathies should be considered too. Meanwhile slight painkillers, rest and keeping the limbs elevated will help.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
