Brief Answer:
You can take levosulpiride; Follow as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Hope you are doing well.

Faster evacuation of food from stomach might be done by metoclopramide or Reglan as you had taken but metoclopramide is mainly a drug to stop nausea or vomiting. Also, the side effects you mentioned can occur though not very common.
You can try any of the following.
If you are having constipation or incomplete bowel movement and want to evacuate bowel in short time, you can take drugs like lactulose. It can be taken in the form of a syrup and if taken in bed time, generally stool is evacuated by next morning.
However, if you want to regularise your bowel habits, then you need to take compositions like pantoprazole-levosulpiride every morning in empty stomach. It should be taken for at least 15-30 days and bowel habits come back to normal.
Also, intake of more of dietary fibers with diet and taking less fat or junk makes stool bulky and increases bowel movements.
However, for endoscopy, generally no preparation needs to be done except overnight fasting. For colonoscopy though, polyethylene glycol wash needs to be done to clear the lower gastrointestinal system.
I guess your doctor will try for endoscopy once again and should get positive results. You can try taking lactulose but generally not much food remains in stomach or upper gastrointestinal tract after 12 hours of food intake.

Hope this was useful.
