Brief Answer:
Increase dose of Gabapentin.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

If you were my patient, in this case I would recommend increasing the dose of Gabapentin 3x100 mg eg. for a week.

If no sufficient improvement, the dose could be increased again.

Maximal dose of Gabapentin is 900 mg/day.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Take care.
