Brief Answer:
Diabetic neuropathy.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mr. Ranjeet,

Thanks for choosing HCM.
Noted your concern.

Your symptoms are most likely due to diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
But before labeling it as diabetic neuroapathy there is need for -
- Detailed clinical examination including neurological examination and History taking.
- Need to rule out Vitamin B12 and D3 deficiency and hypothyroidism.

In such case I may suggest following investigations-
- Complete blood count.
- Kidney function test.
- Liver function test.
- Vitamin B12.
- Vitamin D3.
- T3, T4, TSH.
- HbA1c.
- Lipid profile.

Once the diagnosis of diabetic neuropathy is confirmed symptoms may be controlled with-
- Increasing dose of Pregabalin (content of Tab Pregalin).
- Addition of medicine amitryptillin and other if there is no heart problem.
- Good blood sugar, blood pressure, cholesterol control.
- Avoid smoking.
- Continue Tab Felicita OD.

You should discuss this with your treating doctor.

Hope this helps you,
I will be happy to answer your future queries.
Otherwise you can close the question and rate the answer.
