Brief Answer:
You are likely to be having cervical spondylitis with neurological symptoms

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your query.

I'm Dr. Sudhir Kumar,

After going through your query I concluded that you may be having early cervical spondylitis with neurological symptoms as it is common in your age. It can be confirmed by x ray of cervical spine AP and lateral view. Compression of cord and nerve roots can be seen by MRI of cervical spine.

I generally treat such persons coming to my clinic empirically by Diacerine, glucosamine and Mecobalamine. Analgesic such as ibuprofen is useful in pain relief. Rest is advised to neck . It is advisable not to use pillow or very thin pillow. Neck exercises are of use after pain relief.

Sometimes decompression operation is needed if no relief from drug treatment and there is compression of cord and nerve roots in MRI.

You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it.

Hope I have answered your query.
If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.

Wishing you good health.
Take care.
