What Causes Neck Pain And Tingling Numbness In The Arms And Hands?
Question: I wake up and my neck hurt, and both arms and hands are numb and tinling.

Thank you for your respond, also my tongue has yellow coding on it and bitter taste is always in my mouth, I take a liver cleanser, the name is liver rescue form healthforce I have been taking it for 2 years.
