Question: Sudden nausea, severe heartburn and fishy taste, vomited and there was a tiny bit was bright red blood.

Thank you for asking Health care magic forum.

I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely acute gastritis.Bleeding can be from overstraining but if more bleeding is there you should approach ER.In such case i advise proton pump inhibitors like pantoperazole and anti emetic ondansetron.You should also replace fluid and electrolytes by taking ORS.If there is no improvement and continuous vomiting then i advise intravenous administration of ondansetron , pantoperazole and fluid.
