Question: Mr. XXXXXXX XXXXXXX 65 years male consulted with doctor for Nausea and Vomiting. Diagnostic Impression is Uncontrolled Type 2 DM and Hypovolemic hypo-osmolar hypernatremia.
Kindly opine-
1) Whether current ailment is acute or related with pre-existing illness
2) Line of treatment given is mainly for what reason
3) Can uncontrolled DM caused Nausea and vomitting

The line of treatment given was mainly to treat his symptoms of nausea and vomiting.

The symptoms of nausea and vomiting can either be acute due to any triggering factors like food poisoning etc or it can also be related to his pre-existing condition of uncontrolled DM.
