I can understand your concerns.

It is most probably due to Zolfresh.

In zolfresh naive people the drug can cause variety of symptoms like drowsiness,dizziness,headache,gastritis for initial few days.

Nausea and dyspepsia are bothersome then you can take tablet omeprazole.these side effects should resolve in 3-4days.if these symptoms persist and are bothering you then dose reduction should be considered.

Also try to do some sleep hygiene practice like avoiding day time nap,avoiding heavy meal in dinner,avoiding tea and coffee after evening and ensuring adequate day light exposure,drinking a glass of warm milk at bed time,taking warm water bath before bed.
