Brief Answer:
It is a viral infection of the upper respiratory tract. Needs treatment.

I have completely reviewed your health query, and can well realize all those concerns. Being your physician, I will take care all of them today and will give extend my expertise to solve the problems.

It is actually called the upper respiratory tract infection which is bothering you. When we exert pressure to blow out the mucous with a clogged nose, it causes bleed sometimes as the blood vessels in nasal and nasopharyngeal mucosal lining area are very abundantly supplied with blood. Minor trauma may cause such a bleed. Even crusting may cause nosebleed in such a case.

Medication guide:-
Apply Saline nasal spray three times a day.
Take Ibuprofen for pain and to reduce inflammation.
Do nasal douches with lukewarm water with salt added in it.
Gargles with Scope or Listerine mouthwash.
Fexofenadine oral at night.
After breakfast one Multivitamin daily will get you better results for recovery.

Take plenty of water and proper rest for fast recovery. Fruits, vegetables and salads are best options alongwith seafood.
Keep Warm mist vaporizer in your room for better respiration and airway patency you may add Vicks Pads in your vaporizer.

You have not mentioned fever chest infection symptoms so I don't think it has been added up by a bacterial infection. It is still a viral one and is manageable through conservative therapy. Never take antibiotics on viral infections.
