What Causes Nasal Bleeding Post Head Injury?

As per your clinical details, it could be due to sinusitis.
Post trauma (head injury) can transform into sinusitis, where nasal bleeding occurs on removal dried crusts.
Commonest cause of nasal bleeding in children is nasal picking of dried up crusts.
I suggest the following measures, to overcome her nasal bleeding.
1. warn her related to nasal picking.
2. nasal drops (over the counter) xylometazoline 3drops/3 times. It is a prescribed medication
3. avoid freezer products (curd/ice cream)can cause cold.
In case of persistence of symptoms, needs ENT surgeon consultation to rule out other causes.

Thank you for your response. She cannot breath through the side that we believe bled, feels stuffy. She had nasal crusts on that side in the morning. She currently has no crusties. No headache. If the head injury transforms into sinusitis is this harmful? Could she still be having internal bleeding?

Post traumatic (head injury) causing sinusitis, will be harmful with in a week, by causing complications like meningitis or brain infection.
Do not worry, it will not bleed internally. Kindly follow the instructions, what I have already mentioned.

She is scheduled for an endoscopy Wednesday due to severe acid reflux. I am concerened that if she does have increased intracranial pressure or head injury related problem she should not be given vasodilating drugs or anesthesia. Should I postpone the procedure?

Thank you so much for your comments, I really appreciate your time. My daughter was injured on 12/1/14 doing a round off backhand spring at gymnastics. She jumped with force answer speed of running across the floor and landed on her head. The pain she described as 10 plus. She had a severe headache for 2 hours following. In the ER she received a neck x ray and ibuprofen. The neck x ray was considered normal. She had 4 intense headaches tin the 2 weeks that followed that were brought on by motion or noise. She also has experienced vertigo 3-4 times in the last two months. She has had moderate neck and back pain since the injury, and has felt fatigued or groggy.
She then developed sinusitis and coughing. She also began having severe acid reflux. She tastes sour in her mouth after she eats, she has a feeling of something in her throat. When it is at its worst she gets stomach pain and spits up white stringy stuff. Her dentist said she is losing enamel. Several times a night she smacks her lips like she is swallowing something. She's also experienced a burning tongue like when you eat salsa, but hadn't had any spicy food. We follow all the protocol elevated bed, no eating w/n 3 hours of sleeping, alkaline diet, and give her lansoprazole 5ml/15 MG per day. She still is symptomatic. She is down to 65 lbs, which is less than she weighed at 8 years old 70 lbs.
She had pertussis at 9 years old (last winter) which was very hard on her despite being immunized and given antibiotics early. She developed apnea and acid reflux for the first time. She would stop breathing for 10-20 seconds. She was ill from pertussis from November to march. She developed acid reflux. She was on lansoprazole for 2 months and symptoms subsided.
She was very healthy from March to December when she received the head injury. When I took her back to GI for reoccurring acid reflux the subsequent year, he ordered the endoscopy. Do you believe she needs endoscopy or MRI? Which should I pursue first?

Pain, vertigo could be due to cervical pine or temporal bone fracture, where x-ray will not help, you need to undergo MRI neck and brain to rule out the exact cause.
Obstructive sleep apnoea could be due to adenoid hypertrophy (which is common in kids), can be seen through same MRI neck.
In my opinion, she should first go for MRI. Meantime continue current medication chart.
