Question: Hello. I am scheduled to have a cardiac XXXXXXX I am concerned because I have one already e day for 14 yrs(ni problem s). I do not feel that my Heart is the problem. At XXXXXXX r s my bra becomes tight, I now get tired really y fast and take naps. So yup 's a Mir or cat scan show problems and should some other test be done before deciding that t need a Cath? Stress test aS same as one year ago. I was told that I have angina. Just confused.

Yes you are right, other examinations are needed before deciding about angiography (heart catheterisation). Angiography should be done directly if you have myocardial infarction otherwise you should do the following examinations before going for angiography:
-     Cardiac ECHO
-     Stress test
-     Cardiac MRI or CT angiography
