What Causes Muscle Spasms In The Upper Arm After Rotator Cuff Repair?

Question: I had rotator cuff surgery XXXXXXX 10th on the suprasinatus. Ongoing issue since is muscle spasms in upper arm- deltoid I think. Wednesday I got so bad I ended up at hospital.
What is going wrong?

I am already on muscle relaxers, prednisone, and pain killers.
Is there a real fix for this or is this the best I will be?
Is the result of something the Dr did?
