What Causes Multiple Ear Infections In 14 Month Old Baby?

Question: baby is 14 months old she has had multiple ear infections and thus has been on antibiotics at least 6x the last rx was rocephin shots lately stools are odorless and pasty green and she developed a terrible diaper rash has something occurred to the intestinal flora and do we need to be concerned???
