Brief Answer:
Colonoscopy if symptoms persist, but nothing to worry

Detailed Answer:
Hello! XXXXXXX Thanks for putting your query in HCM. I am a Gastroenterologist. XXXXXXX if there is no alarming features like weight loss, loss of appetite and blood in stool (You have already mentioned) then it appears to be IBS as rest of the investigations are normal. However if the symptoms are persisting then colonoscopy should be done to rule out any other abnormality although chances are low.
I hope I have answered you query. Wish you a good health

Thanks XXXXXXX ,

I am not loosing weight but neither I am gaining as well. My height is 183 cm and weight varies between 52 to 54 , same weight has been there from 5 years now.

I am mainly worried if there is any chance of colorectal cancer ? I don't have any family history of it.
