What Causes Morning Lower Back Pain?
Question: I have a pain around my waist when I get out of bed in the morning.
Hard to get up. after I pee and or crap the pain goes away. feels like a lower back pain.
Very painful.

I started having pain monday morn.
Very painful in the morn irritating during the day
no burning while urinating but pain goes away after I urinate.
My penis gets hard before I urinate but is okay after.
No diseases.
medication for heart.

I have studied your case. This pain can be due to stone. It causes pain when urine get collected in bladder and relieved after urination. I would suggest you to get ultrasound examination of the pelvis and kidney. It will confirm the diagnosis . For pain you can follow these steps.
1.Drink plenty of fluid and juices.
2.Take Cyclopam or Buscopan tablet for pain. These are anti spasmodic tablet and should be taken twice daily.
