Brief Answer:
Possibility of mucosal injury

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Welcome to this portal with your query!
I am Dr V XXXXXXX a Sr Consultant. I have looked into the pic under magnification and I will help you recover from the problem.

The spot appears to have been caused by damage to the lining of oral cavity due to some food or beverage that could have been too spicy/acidic/ hot.

It seems to be recovering and is likely to improve in the coming days. It would be advisable for anyone with similar profile to:

1 To take care of hygiene by frequent gargles

2 Taking Multi-vitamin preparations

3 Using mouth washes three to four times a day.

4 Application of Triamcinolone oral paste three times a day.

It is likely to improve in the next few days.

Please let me know if you need any other information.
Best wishes
