Brief Answer:
Its mild elevation

Detailed Answer:
HI

Thanks for posting your query.

Well it is very mild elevation but I feel that your elevation is not due to Alcohol . Because if it is due to Alcohol , the level of elevation of AST will more than ALT. In your case AST elevation is less than ALT elevation .

This could be due to either viral infection or medicine induced. However nothing needs to be done for this as of now.

As of your query is concerned we consider a valvue of 300 or more is considered high or a value of 200 or more along with symptoms of pain abdomen / fever/ nausea/Indigestion is considered high.

Hope this information was useful to you.
Any clarifications feel free to ask .

Regards.

Brief Answer:
Stop Tylenol.

Detailed Answer:
HI

Tylenol can increase AST and ALT , I would recommend to stop that and ask for a prescription of Tramadol and use it .

Regards.
