Brief Answer:
if there are no symptoms of ear ache or tinnitus nothing to worry.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to health care magic,
I hope you have experienced a minor head injury only. Slight head ache with nausea and blurred vision may not need any treatment it will subside by taking some pain medications.but have a consultation with your ER for confirmation
but signs of serious head injury include

Fluid coming from nose or ears
Bleeding from ears
Unconsiousness
Loss of balance
Difficulty in reading or speaking -slurred speach.
If you have these symptoms rush to the ER.
If the injury occurred in the jaw joint make an appointment with a oral surgeon avoid putting pressure on the joint and take soft foods
hope this explains
with regards
