Brief Answer:
Probably liver

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for your query.

The area that you are describing has liver and all bladder underneath. There is also intestines. So an inflammation of any of these organs may lead to pain.

If the pain is persisting, then get blood tests like liver function tests, complete blood count done. Also an ultrasound of abdomen can be done.

Hope it helps.

I will get these tests done at the earliest. But is there anything I should worry? because I smoke as well.

Brief Answer:
Smoking, alcohol is to be avoided

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

There doesnot seem to be much of an issue.

Smoking and alcohol should be avoided as these can cause damage to internal organs.
